    Plug the phone in with the usb cable that probably came with it. Go to My Computer on a PC or just open the drive on a mac and drag pictures into the My Pics file. This will only work if you have a microSD card in your phone.

    If both your phone and computer have Bluetooth, you can connect the two and send the file from your computer to phone. Alternately, if you have e-mail on your phone, just e-mail it.
