What weights do i need to do? How many? and how often to tone up the loose fat at the back of the top of my arms (bingo wings)

press ups have a fitness plan for like 6 weeks and if u follow this u will see a difference in this period of time. do 15 press ups 3 times a day and do this for 2 weeks then increase the press ups by 5 every week until u are happy. hope i have helpe

If you play zynga poker, you must've heard this term.
The idea is that by going all in pre flop, there is nothing more to do in the hand. No bluffing, no thinking, no strategy at all... 100% luck at that point... just like bingo.

You have to get the leaf blower from Greg's garage. Then blow the snow off the snowman outside his house. Fregley (who was inside) gives you his doll.

take it in the morning, keep it from the light and below room temperature. Set up a room with a bunch of comfy seats on a nice day in everyones free day. that should do the trick

and also belly fat? i am looking for ideas that dont involve going to the gym. I do have a wii fit and and a punch bag. Im a 34 yr old female in the UK.

Bingo wings - chair dips, pullovers, nose crushers.
You can't spot reduce the belly fat, but you can tighten the muscles in the midsection with crunches, planks, leg raises, windmills.
The wii fit is also a great bodyweight
